This three-day certificate course presents a Physical Therapy approach to working with clients who have injuries, physical limitations, or movement dysfunctions.

More than simply a program of study, the BASI Comprehensive Teacher Training Course is an enduring foundation for a career in Pilates, with graduates qualified to teach all levels of students on the full complement of equipment including Mat work.

Usually the ProBridge course is run over 6 days, doing two modules per day. This one will run over 12 days, with the comprehensive course, so you get the benefit of the full course, for a lower cost. To qualify for this, you will need to show that you have completed courses in mat, reformer, wunda chair, cadillac and barrels with another Pilates training provider.

The mat work course is a stepping stone to the full comprehensive course. It is advised for students who do not have the time or resources to study the comprehensive course, or for those in locations without adequate Pilates equipment. The mat course is very affordable and introduces people to the foundations of Pilates. Students study the full complement of Mat Work exercises (basic to master level) and the integration of small apparatus into the program.

When you sign up, you will receive recorded material to watch leading up to the course (or once you have paid in full) in your own time, ahead of the first weekend. It will be essential that you watch these recordings a few times over before the first weekend. You will receive some free credits to join our weekly BASI UK online classes followed by tutorial so that you can start to immerse your body and mind in the work.
