Overview

This two-day intensive course builds upon the foundation laid in “Pilates for Injuries & Pathologies”, delving into chronic pain conditions and neurological diseases, such as Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Stroke. Designed for Pilates instructors seeking to broaden their expertise, this course offers invaluable insights into working with clients facing complex health challenges.

As Pilates instructors, we cannot diagnose injuries or pathologies. However, we can learn to work effectively with diagnosed conditions. This course empowers instructors to safely teach what they know best: how to move effectively and efficiently, thereby helping clients improve their quality of life despite their health challenges.  Join us for this enlightening journey into the world of Pilates for chronic conditions and neurological diseases, and elevate your practice to new heights of expertise and client care.
